FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
An ICF certification tells a client you have met a process standard. A certification in Applied Neuroscience tells a client you understand how the brain works and can use that understanding to get them results. This is not another credential for its own sake.
Nicole's entire practice is built on making neuroscience applicable to people who are not researchers. The modules are designed for practitioners — the science is translated into tools you can use in a client session, not papers you need to interpret. If you can explain what you currently do in a session, you can learn to explain the neuroscience underneath it.
CPD accreditation is a UK-recognised standard that is directly relevant for coaches operating under ICF, EMCC, or other professional body requirements. It is recognised across Europe and Commonwealth markets. If you operate primarily in the US, the scientific designation and the Nicole Vignola association will carry more practical weight — and both are strong.
